TLC Family Care is looking for dependable, caring babysitters and family caregivers to join our team in the Jacksonville and Orange Park areas. If you love providing quality care for children—and sometimes for seniors too—we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do:
Keep Kids Safe:

Watch over children and make sure they are safe at all times.

Plan Fun Activities:

Do activities that are fun, creative, and age-appropriate. Help with

Daily Routines:

Assist with meals, diaper changes, nap times, and other daily needs. Talk to

Parents:

Give parents updates about how the day went.

Stay Tidy:

Keep play areas clean and organized.

What You Need:
Experience:

At least one year of hands-on childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, or daycare); two references are required.

Transportation:

A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.

Certification:

CPR and First Aid certification (or be willing to get certified before your first job).

Good Communication:

Be comfortable sending clear and quick updates to families.

Commitment:
