Ideal Candidates:
- Must be able to pass all Local & Level II Background screenings; (NO
EXCEPTIONS!
)
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable Caregiver/HHA/CNA experience working at an Assisted Living (ALF) Nursing Home or Child/Adult Day Care Center;
- Must have their own reliable transportation to get to and from work;
- Must be able to show proof of current drivers license, vehicle registration and auto insurance;
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED education level;
- Must be able to work weekends (Rotating schedule of at least 2 weekends per month); ~Full & Part-Time hours available!

2. monitor patient’s condition
3. observe patient condition
4. report information to supervisor verbally
5. review records for completeness
6. use emergency medical procedures
7. use first aid procedures

9. counsel patients concerning diet
10. determine food portions
11. follow nutritional practices
12. teach correct eating habits
13. assist patient in walking or exercising
14. assist patient with dressing, undressing, grooming, or bathing
15. feed patients
16. follow patient care procedures
17. follow patient observation procedures
18. lift or transport ill or injured patients
19. provide in home patient care
20. teach personal hygiene
21. use medical equipment in direct patient care
22. use personal care procedures
23. encourage patients to participate in activities
24. entertain patients
25. evaluate patient’s skills or capacities
26. instruct patient in home programs or basic living skills
27. instruct patients in methods to improve functional activities
28. maintain medical supportive devices
29. motivate patients to practice exercises
