Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Private Duty Caregivers to join our team in the Naples area. This is a contracted 1099 position ideal for individuals with a passion for providing quality, in-home care to seniors or individuals needing assistance with daily living. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to accept assignments that fit your availability while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders Light housekeeping and meal preparation Companionship and emotional support Transportation to and from appointments or errands, if applicable Monitor client’s condition and report any changes or concerns to family or supervising parties

Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience (private duty or agency-based preferred) Reliable transportation Clear background check CPR certification preferred Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries Strong communication and time management skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Us?
