Caregiver Executive Home Care of South East Tampa Tampa, FL 33616 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with autism and memory care needs. Responsibilities Provide patient care by assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support individuals with complex conditions by implementing tailored care plans that promote their social and emotional development. Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition or behavior. Engage clients in meaningful activities that foster social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Observe and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals or family members. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring clients can safely navigate their environment. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in patient care or home care is required. Knowledge of memory care techniques and experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Basic understanding of patient observation techniques.
