We serve people with intellectual and physical disabilities, Autism, Down Syndrome as well as psychological disorders. We are seeking employees to work in group homes in Tampa. Behavioral experience a plus. Full time and part time positions available. Pay dependent on availability, experience, and certifications. The group home staff (DSP) is responsible for all aspects of client care. The group home staff ensures that the needs of clients/residents are met and ensures that duties are performed in a timely, complete and quality manner. The DSP is responsible for maintaining a standard of excellence in services provided. DSPs need to comply with all Company’s’ policy and procedures; maintain state and federal guidelines to include but not limited to the rules and regulations governing Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver.
