Be part of an extraordinary life! We are currently seeking an outstanding Care Associate to join ourteam for our Day Shift which is 7AM – 7PM. This is a full timeposition that works three 12 hour shifts one week and four 12 hourshifts the alternating week. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
- Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personalcare, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming,shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height andweight checks per policy.
- Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
- Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable tocomplete, report to nursing supervisor.
- Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and theDirector of Health Services when needed.
- Assist Life Enrichment in providing activities as planned and/ordirected.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
- One (1) year experience working as a
CNA/PCA/HHA/RA
preferred
