Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate personnel. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
