This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence while delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs. Duties Assist clients with mobility and transfers, promoting safety and comfort during movement. Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines and therapies. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as necessary. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper meal preparation and cooking. Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) Provide medication reminders Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving or home care settings is preferred.
