Job Summary Light Housekeeping – including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms Provides Engagement for the client. This includes accompanying client on walks, going out for a meal, trips to social/recreational activities, going out shopping, assistance with hobbies, or just sitting and chatting Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions. May shop for groceries Accompany or drive clients to appointments or run errands with clients Monitor client supplies and help reorder Meaningful engagement with those living with Dementia Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance No previous experience necessary – skills training provided by Life Home Health• Qualifications Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Supportive and compassionate High School Diploma or equivalent Take pride in providing high-quality care We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay.
