This role is crucial in ensuring the care and well-being of patients while allowing patients to remain in the comfort of their homes. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Interact and engage with clients to provide companionship and support. Skills Proficiency in basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols. Ability to work compassionately with clients experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team. Attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions and documenting care accurately.
