As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be essential in providing the following responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients and family members. 2. Keep caregiver informed with any concerns pertaining to the patient. 3. Be familiar with emergency procedures. 4. Helping with bathroom (changing), dressing and hygiene task. 5. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment. 6. Clear and active license/certification. 7. Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition or behavior. 8. Adhere to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements. 9. Dependability. 10. Provide assistance with eating and feeding. Schedule The schedule for this position will consist of Sunday through Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm. Qualifications High school diploma CNA or HHA Reliable vehicle Car insurance Driver’s license Must complete required online training on train.org. Zero tolerance Direct care core competencies HIPPA Requirements for all waiver providers Summary As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. Reporting to a designated supervisor, your core responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of those you serve. Utilizing your premium skills in patient observation, first aid, and assisted living, you will create a supportive environment that promotes independence.
