Summary As a Caregiver at Angels Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report changes in client health status to healthcare professionals. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical equipment when necessary. Support clients with dementia care and hospice needs, ensuring dignity and respect. Maintain accurate records of client care and progress. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide/CNA or similar role preferred.
