Home Care Recharged is an independent Home Care Provider that focuses mainly on taking reliable coverage and quality care to the next level when it comes to in-home care assistance! We’re hiring for a HYBRID position of home care marketer, with engagement time in the office (see description below) Looking for that person to help grow with the company and work along side of the owner: Need someone available to do what it takes! Are you energized by achieving sales goals, closing the deal, and gaining market share? If so, Home Care Recharged has the opportunity for you! This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and requires occasional evening and weekend hours and event attendance. This position covers our territory in Marion County, FL.

Job Functions of Home Care Marketer (HYBRID): Responsible for targeting Marion County to increase care hours, develop a profitable referral source pipeline, and gain market share. This position is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits Meets with patients and families to discuss home care services, individual needs/concerns, and manage expectations, as needed. Serves as agency staff liaison with clients, facility nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and community agencies; works with various community agencies to facilitate the delivery of appropriate services for potential patients Conducts daily calls with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Company services Documents plans for follow-up activities with referral sources, and prepares monthly tracking reports on referral sources and keeps the agency informed of key marketplace changes relating to providers and competitors.
HYBRID role:
Support office care coordinator during office hours, as needed, and per plan Willing to jump in and do what it takes if needed to cover a caregiver shift. (Cross-training is a Must) On-call coverage may be required Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years of healthcare-related sales experience.
Preferred:
candidate will have a successful sales track record (min 2 years) in increasing market share and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Preferred:
Prior relationships with potential referral sources, such as hospitals, ALFs, doctor offices, and other referral sources in Marion County Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with referral sources and clients. Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance required. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate with referral sources through visits, emails, and written correspondence to maintain relationships
