As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to respond to the unique needs of each individual. This is a PRN position where you choose your own hours. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Offer support for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist with hospice care, providing emotional support to clients and their families during difficult times. Help clients with long-term care needs, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance for their health conditions. Facilitate social interactions and encourage participation in community activities. Lift and transfer clients safely as needed, using proper techniques to prevent injury. Support individuals with autism by providing direct support tailored to their specific needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties. Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in caregiving or related fields.
Skills that are beneficial include:
