As a Caregiver/Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. “`Responsibilities“`

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behavior
• Respect and uphold client rights and confidentiality “`Experience“`
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus
• Ability to drive and provide transportation for clients
• Strong behavior management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of home care practices and techniques
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques for different dietary needs
• Understanding of resident rights and dignity in senior care settings
