Senior Care Assistant (Spanish-Speaking) Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors! We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and bilingual Spanish-speaking individuals to join our team as Senior Care Assistants. Responsibilities:

Assist seniors with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and transportation. Engage with seniors through conversation, games, and social activities to enhance their quality of life. Support and encourage participation in both mental and physical exercises to promote overall well-being. Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times. Be a reliable and caring presence, providing emotional support and companionship. Help facilitate transportation to and from appointments or activities. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain the well-being of seniors.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in spoken Spanish to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking seniors. Energetic, talkative, and comfortable engaging with people. Positive, patient, and kind attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with seniors. No prior experience required — we will train you! Ability to handle physical tasks, such as helping seniors with mobility or assisting with meals. Must be reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility. Why Work with Us?
