Responsibilities:

Reach out to leads expecting calls, with unlimited access to those leads provided. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance and benefits needs. Present and educate on various insurance plans and benefits options, empowering clients to make informed choices. Offer continuous customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to ensure continual growth.

Qualifications:

Genuine desire to help people. Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close deals. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to analyze client needs and deliver personalized solutions. Familiarity with technology preferred. Understanding of sales administration processes and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities.
