LIVE IN COMPANION/HELPER

COMPANION
/helper for a semi-retired healthy older
RETIRED PERSON
Would like a professional person, CNH/HHA or other who is RETIRED and receiving Social Security or other monthly pension. Someone in good shape between 62 and 73. No medical care is required. I am a widow and need a companion/helper because I have a big house and extra room in my home, perfect for a respectful companion who would like a nice home on Miami Beach. All their meals will be provided and salary if they can help with a bit of housekeeping. I am healthy and eat very well, not vegetarian or vegan. Assist with a bit of exercise on my professional home equipment and a little walking. Grocery shopping once a week. No smokers, please. Must have a valid driver’s license and if you have a car there is a parking place. I have a car and drive. Low drama lifestyle. I work part time in my home office with a secretary. Prefer having breakfast together, and perhaps help with evening meal preparation. Lots of free time. Watch a little tv in the early evening. Prefer someone with references and a background check will be done. Spanish okay if you can speak some English.
