⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Live in retired CNA/HHA on Social Security or other pension (Miami Beach) compensation: To be discussed at interview Rentals in Miami Beach are very high…a studio or one room rents for $1,000 a month …SO. I am offering to a RETIRED person who has Social Security or other monthly benefits AND does not need to go out to work. a small salary, a free room or studio and ALL their meals in return I am asking for someone who could live in with a healthy senior widow and be a companion in a mutually respectful situation. Have coffee together in the morning, Assist with light shopping and meal preparation. Take walks and assist with exercise machine. Watch a bit of tv in the early evening. Prefer a retired CNA or HHA, but since I am healthy and do not need care, that is not particularly necessary. Must not be a smoker and have a valid drivers license and little drama in their life…..E-mail at this address and if it seems we might be compatible, I will send my phone number and we can text and then speak. . I have a car and drive. Also there is a parking spot available if you have a car. I am a semi-retired PI and author and have my own PI agency and work from my home office with my part time secretary.. The monthly salary I could pay is if you can help with a bit of housekeeping. References would be helpful as well as someone who is in Florida now, but not essential as a full background check will be done. So bottom line in this unusual post is I would like to have a live in companion since I am a widow and my children and family visit…but not often enough.
