Resident Escort – Crestview Manor Elder Services of Okaloosa County 603 North Pearl Street, Crestview, FL 32536 Do you loving helping others? Do you enjoy driving? If you answered yes to both of those this is the perfect position for you! This is a Part Time position M-F usually averaging 20-30 hours per week. You will be responsible to provide safe and timely transportation/accompaniment for residents using a company provided vehicle.

Duties:

Coordinate resident transportation needs with Office Coordinator and Resident Care Assistant. Secure appropriate documentation to include

MOR, RCA

care notes, prescription requests, etc. Document travel record to indicate associated mileage and time. Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destination. As requested, accompany resident into exam to disseminate and collect accurate information as it pertains to the resident’s care and well-being. Report all new information to the Resident Care Assistant and present all new prescriptions to the Lead Tech. Provide assistance to Activities Director during resident outings into the community. Conditions of Employment This position requires a gentle, caring and patient personality to address the needs of elderly and frail residents. Should be sensitive to the needs of the population being served. You must have a flexible schedule. Qualifications Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening as outlined by AHCA standards. Must possess a clean MVR. Personal Appearance Must be clean and neat at all times. Scrubs and non-skid shoes is the preferred attire.
