Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in a General Education Development (GED) within in six months of being hired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, and documented years of experience in childcare Experience working with children or in a caregiving role First Aid and CPR certification English/Spanish or Creole preferred
