We’re currently searching for quality caregivers looking to supplement their income with short shifts and last minute shifts. We are in search of caring, dependable and mature caregivers to meet the needs of our amazing clients in all areas of East Orlando/Christmas and all surrounding areas. Flexibility with our client’s schedules is a must! – Availability to work multiple different shifts during the morning and afternoon hours is necessary for this position. We are healthcare and like hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, etc – we do require holidays and weekends with our agency. Hours vary. Caregiver responsibilities include:

Providing companionship and conversation Preparing and serving meals Help with bathing and grooming Light housekeeping and laundry Shopping, errands and transportation Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: Previous caregiving experience (preferred) A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others A commitment to being present and providing quality care Empathy, patience, kindness and respect Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job Qualifications Valid driver’s license Previous experience in caregiving Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to provide patient care in a home setting Familiarity with senior care practices Strong communication skills for working with patients and their families CPR certification Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation Willingness to undergo Alzheimer’s care training Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Please submit your application for immediate consideration by clicking the link below.
