Duties include G-tube feeding, medication administration, assistance with ADLs/IADLs, safety monitoring, and friendly companionship under the supervision of our RN. Key Responsibilities Enteral-tube management
- set up feedings, flush tubing, maintain stoma/site integrity, and troubleshoot minor issues. Prepare and administer prescribed medications via the enteral tube (crush/dilute as ordered, flush before and after). Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe transfers. Instrumental ADLs (IADLs)
- light meal prep, simple housekeeping, organizing personal items. Mobility & skin care
- perform range-of-motion, repositioning, and use assistive devices (gait belt, Hoyer, wheelchair). Companionship
- engage in conversation, hobbies, and approved community outings. Documentation & reporting
- chart electronically at point of care and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and family.
Minimum Requirements Active Florida LPN license in good standing. 6+ months experience with medically complex or home-health patients. Demonstrated competency with enteral feeding tubes Current BLS/CPR certification. Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs and work with assistive devices. Level 2 background screen, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and time-management skills.
Schedule & Pay Status:
Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem (tell us your ideal schedule).

Rate:
$28
- $33 per hour (DOE).
