Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes. The HHA will support individuals who are elderly, ill, or disabled, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and dishwashing Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to a supervisor Remind clients to take prescribed medications Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily activities Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
