Full Job Description :
As a Resident Care Partner, you’ll be more than just a caregiver•you’ll be a friend and family member to our residents. You’ll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness. What you’ll be doing: Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents’ living spaces clean, safe, and tidy. Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents. Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed. What you’ll bring to the table: High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility. Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations. Based on state requirement•Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required). Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s). Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
