Delray Beach, FL 33444 Overview Lotus Flower Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires patience, empathy, and a dedication to enhancing the lives of those in need. Responsibilities Assists clients with activities of daily living. Medication reminders Assisting with meal and snack preparation Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying, and organizing. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behavior or needs to administrator or family members. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being. Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed. Always adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards. Required Ability to speak, read and write English fluently Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check Previous caregiving experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Skills People Person Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong observational and problem-solving abilities. Patience, empathy, and a caring demeanor. Ability to manage physical demands such as light lifting and bending.
