Caregiver Legacy Thrive Home Care Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in various settings, including group homes and private residences. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities . Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation, activities, and light exercise Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and tidying client living areas Assist with meal preparation and support clients during meals as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the care coordinator Support safe medication reminders in line with the client’s care plan (no medication administration) Maintain accurate daily care logs and follow all Legacy Thrive policies and procedures Uphold the dignity, confidentiality, and rights of every client Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience providing in-home care or support to seniors or adults with disabilities Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and commitment to respectful caregiving Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written care instructions Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
