Resident Care Aide Sandi’s Homecare Haven 15414 Hays Road, Spring Hill, FL 34610 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, while respecting their rights and promoting independence. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, patience, and the ability to assist multiple residents in a fast-paced environment. Currently hiring for third shift (11pm-7am) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The starting pay is $15.50 per hour with a set schedule. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Respect resident rights and ensure confidentiality in all interactions. Experience Previous experience in home community care, senior care, or long-term care is preferred. Familiarity with working with people with disabilities is a plus. Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Must be physically capable of lifting clients and performing other physical tasks associated with caregiving. Must have a copy of your High School Diploma, GED, or high school transcripts. Must be able to pass a level II background check.
