Job Summary:
- We are seeking a compassionate anddedicated Resident Care Aide to join our team. In this role, youwill provide essential support to residents in a care facility,ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidatewill have a genuine passion for helping others, stronginterpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as partof a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with dailyliving activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, andtoileting
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being,promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Help residentswith mobility needs, including transferring and positioning in bedsor chairs
- Serve meals to residents, assisting with feeding asnecessary, and ensuring dietary preferences are respected
- Engageresidents in social and recreational activities to promote mentaland emotional health
- Maintain a clean and safe environment byfollowing infection control protocols and housekeeping standards
- Document care provided and any observations in residents’ recordsaccurately and timely
- Support residents in their personal hobbiesand interests to encourage a positive living experience
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensureholistic care for residents.

Qualifications:
- High schooldiploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)is preferred
- Prior experience in a caregiving role, preferably ina long-term care or assisted living facility
- Understanding ofelder care, hygiene practices, and resident rights
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, andreliable demeanor
- Availability to work the designated shiftconsistently.
