Calling Caregivers Home Care Advocacy Network of Clearwater Pinellas County, FL We are looking for our next caregivers! We hire for heart, which is how we describe what we are looking for. Objective:

The Caregiver/Care Advocate is expected to provide extraordinary in-home care to seniors.

Primary Responsibilities:

Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship Assist clients with their prescribed health plan Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health behavior Ensure the client’s home is organized and safety measures are in place Provide emotional support and encouragement Assist with mobility needs Provide the client with transportation as needed

Education/Experience and Licensing Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license and liability auto insurance coverage Have a professional and friendly attitude Current CNA/HHA encouraged

None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must demonstrate excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Work independently and maintain the confidentiality of information. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, judgment and good decision-making skills. Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures. Must have the ability to establish good working relationships. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be patient and congenial on the telephone. Must have the availability to work evenings and weekends as required. Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industry.
