Our certified team assists with daily living activities and offers a variety of services including personal supports, respite care, and companion care. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Companion to join our team at Kindest Care Services, LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life while receiving care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. Monitor client health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and happiness. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to resident rights and safety protocols. Requirements Experience in assisted living or home community care preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to monitor patient conditions effectively and report observations accurately. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in home care.
