Direct Care Staff/Caregiver Community Behavior Supports 4717 66th Street North, Kenneth City, FL 33709 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Caregiver to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with autism and significant behavior challanges requiring assistance in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and skilled in various caregiving tasks, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our clients. Duties Provide personalized care to clients Implement Behavior Plans and crisis procedures to ensure health and safety. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations. Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress and needs. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs. Ability to implement crisis management procedures Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients team members. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. High school diploma or GED Raise upon completion of traning requirements
