Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client admissions and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
- Educate potential clients and referral partners about the benefits of home care services.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
- Explains services to potential clients/families and addresses questions regarding client fears, physical limitations, while putting the client/family at ease; presents services in an empathetic and compassionate manner
- Identifies admission objections, concerns or other entry barriers and provides responses
- Educates client/family on admission requirements and addresses immediate needs
- Completes consents and initial assessment according to regulations and Company policy
- Initiates Plan of Care to address client’s immediate needs
- Acts as the Company representative at assigned facilities while facilitating referrals to all service lines; works closely with referral sources, clients, families, and the general public.
- Exceed new admissions targets through active management of new and existing sales accounts in a named territory.
- Meet weekly activity levels to successfully build sales funnel.
- Fluently speak to challenges in the healthcare industries we serve and provide insight on solutions.
- Actively learn and track industry trends, needs, and impacts. Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the healthcare or home care or home health industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Requires a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
- Ability to travel within and out of geographic territory as needed
- Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must pass Level 2 AHCA Background /
