As a Care Director , you’ll manage your own team of caregivers, oversee client care, and build strong relationships in the community. You’ll work closely with our in-house support staff and be fully responsible for the success and growth of your care region.

What You’ll Do:

Hire, train, and develop your caregiver team Build weekly schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality coverage Manage care quality, field issues, and provide hands-on support when needed Coordinate with clients, families, and case managers for seamless service Respond to call-outs and oversee last-minute coverage Report any safety, abuse, or compliance concerns Grow your book of business through relationship-building and referrals Why This Role is
