What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and develop your caregiver team Build weekly schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality coverage Manage care quality, field issues, and provide hands-on support when needed Coordinate with clients, families, and case managers for seamless service Respond to call-outs and oversee last-minute coverage Report any safety, abuse, or compliance concerns Grow your book of business through relationship-building and referrals Why This Role is
