Role Overview:
As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Palm Harbor, you will play a vital role in providing superior quality home care services that preserve dignity, independence, and safety for our clients. Working closely with our team, you will contribute to creating personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether you work remotely, you’ll have the flexibility to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Document and report any changes in client’s health or condition. Collaborate with the care team to ensure personalized care plans are effectively implemented.
Qualifications:
