- Overview
- We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Aides. As a In-Home Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.
- Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with household chores and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided
- Experience
- Experience in senior care, long-term care, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of CPR is a plus
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs is advantageous
