This role is vital in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience in the medical field, including clinic, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine settings. Hours we are hiring for are: Monday 1:15pm – 9pm and Saturdays split shifts Duties Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals. Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field such as home health aide, clinic, or hospital medicine is preferred. Knowledge of medical care practices is a plus. Ability to work with patients in various settings Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
