You’ll ensure each resident is treated with kindness and respect—and you’ll be the extra set of hands, eyes, and heart that makes all the difference. Duties Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Support residents with walking, transfers, mobility aids, and fall prevention Provide incontinence care, including cleaning and changing soiled residents Assist with self-administered medications in accordance with Florida ALF guidelines Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments within the facility Observe and report physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to supervisors Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, making beds, and tidying rooms Maintain accurate records of care and assistance provided Engage residents with warmth and patience—building trust and rapport Requirements Must be at least 18 years old U.S. Work Authorization High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in caregiving or assisted living preferred Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA/FBI) CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain before start) 4-hour “Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication” 2-hour

HIV/AIDS
