Hours are mornings and/or evenings (split shift) M-F and straight shift weekend hours. Responsibilities include management of Developmentally Disabled clients in independent living environments, management of office and In Home Support staff. Must be available for some evenings and weekends. Bachelor’s degree in related field or year-for-year experience working with developmentally disabled clients in lieu of degree. English language, speaking and writing, proficiency is a must. Salary commensurate with experience. Pre-hire coursework is required and ability to pass a Level 2 background screening, must have a valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record, and references required. EOE.
