Caregiver Homewatch CareGivers of Winter Garden Poinciana, FL 34759 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team! Licensed CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and certified HHAs (Home Health Aides) are welcome to apply. As a Caregiver , you will provide essential supportive care services to our home care clients, following their individualized care plans and ensuring compliance with their Service Agreements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Must be 18+ years old with High School Degree Caregivers, Active CNA License or HHA certificate Valid Florida Driver’s License and Insurance CPR Certification Level 2 background check Must possess effective communication skills. Experience as caregiver home care setting or skilled facility or assisting with activities of daily living (ex: mobility, grooming, bathing). Provide complex care for those living with chronic conditions. Does not administer medication or perform any procedures requiring the knowledge or skills of a licensed nurse. Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities. Update office staff on client progress as needed. Physical Qualifications Able to work an average of 15-30 hours per week. Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand. Able to lift 20-30 pounds. Able to use tools necessary for job.
