CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Patient Care, Home Care, and Personal Care skills Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and reporting Empathy and compassion when working with clients and their families Ability to work independently and remotely when needed Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is beneficial Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Car insurance with your name listed on the policy 1+ year experience providing personal care for seniors in a home or facility setting Current CPR certification (preferred but not required) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent qualification is a plus Experience with Hoyer Lift (or similar patient transfer equipment) is beneficial
