We need someone 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 30 hrs. You need to be willing to work weekends and holidays and be able to travel with family a couple times a year. We need someone to help us keep an eye on him, take him for rides in the car which he loves and to accompany us to local parks and attractions. When he is occupying himself I need someone who is willing to assist with some housekeeping and laundry. We would prefer that you have your own car and are comfortable with pets. Duties Supervise and ensure the safety of son at all times. Engage him in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up around the house. Communicate effectively with parents regarding his daily activities and any concerns that may arise. Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain a calm demeanor in emergencies. Be willing to help mother out with some light housekeeping and laundry. Skills Proven experience in babysitting or nannying, with references available upon request. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent caregiving skills with the ability to connect with children with autism Ability to maintain cleanliness in his environment through light cleaning duties. Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills are essential for this role. Experience with special needs children a plus.
