Qualifications :

1. A Caregiver must have a satisfactory work record, with experience as a caregiver preferred. NALCS must be able to verify references, and a caregiver must complete the employment process which involves a background check. 2. Must be at least 18 years of age. 3. Must have a Level II background screening. 4. Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position. 5. Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the need for client confidentiality. Must be able to communicate with clients and carry out instructions. 6. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English. 7. Must be able to follow directions and accurately report safety issues to the supervisor when deemed necessary. 8. Must maintain current credentials, including CPR/First Aide/AED, Physical, and Fingerprint Clearance. Must attend ongoing training when offered. 9. Must have reliable transportation to and from job assignments. 10. Must adhere to agency dress code (NLACS Polo shirt and khaki/black bottoms)
