What You’ll Do:

As a Care Partner , you’ll support our residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and deliver care with dignity and kindness. You’ll also work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure every resident thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs in alignment with their personalized care plans Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition Support mealtime service and help create a warm dining experience Uphold safety protocols and compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) Collaborate with your team to create a positive, respectful environment Step in when needed•because reliability and teamwork matter here Always lead with compassion, accountability, and professionalism

Requirements:
