For 3 years, Town Square Sarasota (Kohl’s plaza in Palmer Ranch) has thrived as one of the top senior day care centers in the country, providing exceptional care and engagement for seniors AND an incredible culture for staff – now, we are expanding our services to include Home Care and we need an experienced and exceptional recruiter/trainer! Your focus will be to help us build a unique culture and bring in exceptional care staff! AND you get to participate in the success of the company financially!! Beacon Home Care is looking for a Homecare Recruiter to join our family. The Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of staff to fulfill open shifts and cases. The Recruiter will report directly to Director of Operations/Administrator. Source new candidates using resume databases, internet searches, job boards, meeting with referral partners and local schools and hold job fairs. Complete interviews/screens to ensure candidate meets position qualifications and is interested in providing care as we require. Create offer letter and initiates onboarding for new hire Works closely with staff to assign new hire to a case and/or cases. Coordinates completion of new hire paperwork Provides feedback to improve recruiting policies and practices; including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and other areas to keep us competitive Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training. Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions Performs all other job duties as assigned 2-3 years of home care recruiting experience preferred
