This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through personal care, companionship, and support in daily activities. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Offer companionship to clients through engaging conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist in memory care by implementing strategies to enhance cognitive function and recall. Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in behavior or health status. Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Help clients with mobility by lifting or transferring them safely as required. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Measure and record vital signs as necessary, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals. BEHAVIORAL

care is highly desirable. Proficient in providing direct support to individuals with varying needs. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Strong patient care skills with an emphasis on patient observation techniques. Ability to lift clients safely while adhering to best practices for mobility assistance. Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic living space for clients. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
