Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages social interaction and skill development. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and care provided. Engage clients in recreational and community activities to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities. Must pass background checks and training requirements.
