92686 Assisted Living and Memory Care Winter Springs, Florida Description Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Winter Springs is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. AMAZING benefits

Requirements Education:
High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
Skills:
Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Years of Experience:
Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred
License:

Certification:
Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training
Physical Demands:
