Job Description
In Home Caregiver Care Group Florida Saint Augustine, FL 32086 This position takes place at the home of the caregiver. Caregiver provides the room(s) for the patients they care for.

www.caregroupflorida.com and fill out questionnaire. Place of residence must be approved by CareGroup Florida before any resident is placed. CareGroup Florida will go out and physically inspect the house/room where the patient will reside along with meeting the potential caregiver. Background checks will be performed on all adults residing in the house over the age of 18. Cameras will be installed in the room(s) where residents will be and are to be on at all times, day and night. Patients’ families will have access to cameras 24/7 to see their loved ones. Caregivers must have a plan in place in case the primary caregiver is sick or has to be out of the house. Care Group Florida must be notified if this occurs. The second caregiver in place would take over as the primary caregiver in this situation. Caregivers will never have more than two residents at any time. All Caregivers must provide a current CPR/First Aid certificate before any resident is placed. This can be done online at the caregiver’s expense. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to clients in caregivers homes, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring safety and comfort. Maintain a clean and organized living environment. Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to enhance patient well-being. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional health.
