Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering direct support within home community care settings or nursing homes. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting and transferring clients as needed. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events. Meal preparation, cook, home chores. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges safely. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. Basic knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation purposes in some cases. Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
